The Private Power and Infrastructure Board (PPIB), under the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), Government of Pakistan, has announced project-based employment opportunities for eligible individuals. The vacancies are in the Project Management Unit (PMU), established to implement a Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) project involving 100 MWp Distributed Solar Photovoltaic (DPV) plants at locations across Gilgit-Baltistan.
The recruitment drive offers opportunities in engineering, administration, contracts, finance, and support services. A total of 30 positions have been announced under Project Pay Scales (PPS).

The positions carry PPS grades from PPS-1 to PPS-10. Applicants should consult the Terms of Reference (TORs) on the PPIB website for the qualifications, experience, and eligibility conditions for each post.
Contract Duration and Place of Posting
Appointments will initially be made on a contract basis for two years. Contracts may be extended subject to satisfactory performance, project requirements, and applicable regulations. Employment will not continue beyond the approved project duration. Selected candidates will receive remuneration according to the relevant Project Pay Scale and standard pay package. Additional allowances or benefits will not be admissible unless permitted under applicable rules.
The place of duty will be Gilgit-Baltistan or another location required for project implementation. Candidates belonging to Gilgit-Baltistan are encouraged to apply.
