Human Rights Department Punjab Jobs 2026 – Available Positions
According to the advertisement, six vacancies are available for candidates with relevant educational qualifications and professional experience. The announced positions include:
- Media Manager (PPS-8): 1 vacancy

Eligibility Criteria and Experience
The department has established specific eligibility requirements for each position. Applicants for the Media Manager, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Content Writer, and SEO Expert positions must generally possess a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, or an equivalent qualification, with at least three years of relevant professional experience. The Media Manager position requires three to five years of experience.
Candidates applying for the Cameraman-cum-Drone Operator position must hold an intermediate qualification or a diploma in Film, Media, or Photography, along with at least three years of relevant experience. The advertised age limits are 25–45 years for the Media Manager and 25–40 years for the remaining positions.
Salary Packages and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will receive attractive monthly lump-sum salaries, inclusive of all allowances. The Media Manager will receive Rs. 288,750 per month, while the Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Content Writer, and SEO Expert positions offer Rs. 207,900 per month. The Cameraman-cum-Drone Operator position carries a monthly salary of Rs. 138,500.
Responsibilities include managing communications, producing digital content, designing promotional materials, editing videos, improving search engine visibility, and capturing photographic and drone footage for departmental campaigns.
