Eligibility and Qualifications
The required qualifications vary according to the position. Most technical and managerial posts require a minimum four-year bachelor’s or master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university. Engineering applicants must generally hold relevant Electrical/Electronics Engineering qualifications along with PEC registration. IT positions accept relevant degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
Finance-related positions may require qualifications such as CA, ACCA, ACMA, or membership of a relevant professional accounting body. The Medical Officer position requires an MBBS degree with valid PMDC registration.
The general age limit for senior positions is up to 35 years, while several Analyst, Engineer, and other positions have age limits of 28 or 30 years. Relevant post-qualification experience is required for several posts.
